When you order a meal from China Gorge, it is a special occasion, and we hope you are prepared for a feast. Traditional recipes have plenty of garlic, hot red pepper and other spices. If you prefer milder spices, tell us when you order.

  • Our favorite Chinese food in the Gorge. The menu is diverse, the specials are enticing, the staff very gracious and welcoming. I appreciate their willingness to adjust an item for my dietary needs. The owner Grace Su is hands on and the quality output reflects her long hours. I like the saltwater fish tank and sitting at the table next to it. The Tiger Lounge is nice to visit. The banquet room is a great place to have club meetings and presentations. The BBQ Pork Fried Rice is great but the Potstickers are housemade and delightful. Not to be missed.
